Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Returning an unwanted item
If you've changed your mind, you can return most standard (non-personalised) items within 28 days of receiving your order for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

be unused and unworn (other than trying it on as you would in a shop);
-
be in its original condition;
-
have all original tags attached where applicable; and
-
be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible.
If you cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, you'll also be entitled to your statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Where applicable, we'll refund the standard delivery charge paid as part of your original order.
Unless the item is faulty or we have made an error, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving your returned item.
Personalised products
Products that have been personalised or customised specifically for you (for example, by adding your own name, text, image or other customisation) cannot be returned or refunded simply because you've changed your mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
We take great care to ensure every order meets our quality standards.
If your order arrives:

damaged;
-
faulty;
-
contains a manufacturing defect; or
-
is not the item you ordered,
please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
-
your order number;
-
a brief description of the issue; and
-
clear photographs showing the problem.
Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair or refund.
Where the issue is due to our error or a manufacturing fault, you won't be responsible for any return postage costs.
Original condition
Please treat items with reasonable care while deciding whether to keep them.
You may inspect and try on clothing as you would in a physical shop, but items should not be worn, washed, altered or damaged.
We reserve the right to reduce or refuse a refund if an item is returned in a condition that goes beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of the following unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied:

underwear where the hygiene seal has been removed or damaged;
-
swimwear where the hygiene protection has been removed;
-
pierced jewellery;
-
face coverings;
-
beauty or personal care products that have been opened or used.
Returning your item
Before returning an item, please contact us so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Items remain your responsibility until they reach us, so we recommend obtaining proof of postage. Please ensure returns are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
Returns sent without prior authorisation may delay the processing of your refund.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or within 14 days of confirming that a refund is due where no return is required.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, colour or style, you can return your eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
If we've sent you an incorrect or faulty item, we'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Incorrect addresses and unclaimed parcels
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before placing your order.
If you've entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet entered production or been dispatched, we'll do our best to update the address, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible.
If an order has already been dispatched to an incorrect address provided by you, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or delay. If the parcel is returned to us or our fulfilment partner, we may be able to arrange redelivery. Any additional production or shipping costs may be your responsibility.
Your statutory rights
If your goods are faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This includes the right, in certain circumstances, to a repair, replacement or refund, including the short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights.
